Easy Seal is a penetrating water based sealer that uses the best properties of silicone’s and acrylics to protect the tile from most stains. With Easy Seal you may wash and seal your tiles on the same day provided the tile has dried sufficiently to allow the sealer to penetrate. Easy Seal is D.I.Y. friendly.
